  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon ground white pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Prepare the chicken by patting it dry with a paper towel.
  • Mix together the paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Put oil on the meat on one side and cook for a minute and reverse the side and apply oil
  • Dredge the meat onto the spices, covering all areas.
