Too Much Chocolate Cake is rich delicious chocolate cake loaded with semi-sweet chocolate Topping. It’s definitely going to cure a craving Chocoholic in no time. This recipe suits well for a pary occassion.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-course of)
- 4 cups all motive flour
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups Sour cream
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound bittersweet (no longer unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped or Chocolate Chips
Instruction for Making “Too Much Chocolate Cake”
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt in large bowl to blend. With the electrical mixer, beat eggs and bitter(sour) cream in another large bowl to blend. Add both and beat till it is blended well. Divide batter equally amongst ready pans. Bake it for about 55 minutes.
- In a bowl place 3/4 cup chocolate chips, 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 Tablespoon light corn syrup. Set microwave for 50% power and cook for 3 minutes. Stir until smooth and melted. If you like you can add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
- Dress the top of the cake with the chocolate syrup we made just now till it is covered fully.
