Rusty Chicken is juicy , delicious grilled chicken thighs recipe you would love for the Dinner. Chicken is moist and tender. It has wonderful flavour.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons Asian chile pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced and mashed into paste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges

Instructions for making Rusty Chicken Thighs

  1. Mash garlic paste with chile pepper sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and rice vinegar until marinade is thoroughly combined.
  2. Put the chicken thighs in a large flat container and pour marinade over chicken; stir until chicken is coated. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate about 3 hours;and then let stand about 30 minutes at room temperature. Unwrap dish and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Preheat charcoal grill to high heat.
  4. Place chicken thighs onto the hot grill with smooth sides down. Cook until chicken shows grill marks, about 3 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook until other side shows grill marks, about 5 minutes. Continue cooking and rotate it until meat is no longer pink inside and the thighs are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Transfer chicken to a platter, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve garnished with lime wedges.

How long do you grill chicken?

Close the grill and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, then use tongs to flip it over. Grill for 5-7 minutes longer, or until a thermometer reads about 165° C

Amish Meatloaf is the family’s dominating dinner recipe. Everbody will love it. It’s nothing to do with Amish, but I don’t know why the name. Amount of Sugar may be changed as per your taste. Add Garlic to improve flavour of Meatloaf.

  • 2 pounds ground beef”
  • “1 small onion chopped”,
  • “3/4 cup ketchup Tomato sauce”,
  • “1/4 cup brown sugar”
  • “2 slices bacon”
  • “2 tablespoons vinegar”
  • “3/4 teaspoon salt or to taste”,
  • “2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard”
  • “Swiss cheese divided”,
  • “2 eggs”
  • “2 1/2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers”

  • “Mix together ground beef, crushed crackers, onion, eggs, 3/4 cup ketchup, and 1/4 cup brown sugar throughly together in a large bowl and pack into a loaf pan.”,

  • “After the hour is up, pour and smooth the sauce onto the meatloaf and cook another 15 to 20 minutes. I have sometimes added 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt instead of the salt to the sauce mixture and that is also delicious!”
