Well! You must definitely be aware with this eminent and prominent name Nutty Buddy Ice-cream. Once was a very well-famed term is now a something forgotten and remote. The reason for why this occurred is very intense and I would definitely avoid discussing it. But what’s incredibly fascinating is that somehow I have still managed to revive the recipe of this old and liked ice-cream “The nutty buddy ice-cream”. Preserving its authenticity was a work of great struggle which is proudly done from my side.
Nutty buddy ice-cream was just a household brand of America in the mid-60s but unfortunately somehow they sealed their operations in 1980s and at a result the official production of Nutty buddy ice cream was stopped. Well! They are still are great resemblance of summer as it was the main heat quencher of that era. But still who don’t misses it’s chocolaty and nutty-crispy taste. If you are one of them then good for you we have featured one of the most tempting and yet desired recipe of this scorching summer the nutty buddy ice-cream.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups nutella.
- 2 cups caster sugar.
- 2 cups heavy cream.
- Wafer sticks, about 2 dozens.
- ½ cup almonds and peanuts, Optional.
Instructions:
- First things first, initiate by combining Nutella, caster sugar and heavy cream in a large-sized glass bowl.
- Next, blend all the factors well using an electric mixer. Beat the mixture for about 3-4 minutes or until it turns fluffy.
- Afterwards, take a decent-looking medium sized tray and line its surface with the wafer sticks. Don’t use them all, just cover the surface by a single layer of wafer and keep the remaining aside. When it gets done, start pouring the prepared blended Nutella mixture on it. Gently spread it evenly on the surface.
- Again, repeat the same step and stack up the wafer sticks on the blend layer and then finally top it with the remaining chocolate fusion.
- Keep it in the freezer to get chilled for about 4-5 hours and then enjoy the delightful ice-cream with your friends and family.
Cook’s Note:
- You may also top the ice-cream with your own prepared chocolate syrup or just top it with some extra nutella and sprinkle some choco chips for enhancement of taste.
- You may also add chopped or sliced almonds and peanuts on top of the final chocolate layer, they will crunch in the mouth and will boost the taste. But always make sure to add them before the Chocolate freezes (Solidifies).
