- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Discard marinade. Grill steak until lightly charred on the outside but still slightly tender in the center for medium doneness, 6 to 7 minutes per side.
- Place a 2 or 3 strips of the cooked meat on a warm tortilla and serve with your favorite salsa, charred spring onions and sliced limes.
