Oven Baked Asparagus is easy to cook and I like oven roasted because of its crispy nature. Roasted asparagus is the perfect side dish for brunch or dinner.

- 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Directions for cooking Oven Baked Asparagus
- Preheat an oven for about 400 degrees F.
- Put asparagus spears into a bowl and add little olive oil. Toss it for some time and then add Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to toss again.
- Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of asparagus. Sprinkle lemon juice before serving roasted asparagus.
